Positive: The overall grounds and setting plus the communal spaces were welcoming and beautiful. We didn't eat here but bought take away pizza for dinner as we didn't want to drive and our rooms were so beautiful we just wanted to stay in.
Negative: Having a restaurant on site or some sort of food available in the evening would have been nice but not a deal breaker.
Summary: A wonderful overnight stay on our way to Melbourne. Will need to come back to experience it further

Positive: Everything about Chateau Yering was fantastic. In particular the customer service from the team was incredible. The facilities are amazing and overall it was a fun place to stay
Negative: The only negative was the AI system the company has implemented to screen and direct calls. I needed to speak to a person about our late check in, and the AI system kept directing me to the night team (calling at midday) where I could not leave a message. I was only able to speak to a person after sending a message via booking.com and requesting a staff call me. It was very frustrating as we were about to fly and when I call a company during their opening hours, I want to be able to speak to a representative of the company In hospitality and guest services, being able to speak to a real human is critical. Please do away with your AI system.
